Elected school board?

The idea of electing a board of education in Chicago is really popular.

I am skeptical it will lead to good policy.

But I'm going to skip the education part of the IVI-IPO questionnaire for now and start on housing.

    If "Chuy" Garcia gets elected Mayor of Chicago, how hard is CTU going to push for an elected BOE?
