NDFA proposal: Plans Committee

Title: Plans Committee

Summary: This committee would be responsible for the annual plan & planning for the future.

Goals:

• Improve Voting Member Retreats
• Cause NDFA to be administered better 

Explanation: 

Mission of Plans Committee:

1. Get committees to submit their proposed annual plans in writing enough before Voting Member Retreat than they can be assembled into a document that can be amended.
2. To receive suggestions on how to improve NDFA on an ongoing basis.
3. To hold hearings on complex ideas and make recommendations. 

 Initial work: The initial work is forming the committee. 

Ongoing work: Beyond the work done by the committee, other committees will have to be planning & putting their plans in writing. 

Cost: $50-180 for printing annual plans maybe
